My Practice
As a sole practitioner working out of my Oak Park office, I represent clients ranging from individuals purchasing their first home or seeking help reviewing a simple contract to companies doing business on the other side of the world. On any given day, I may be meeting a client in Aurora or near the Wisconsin border or in the South suburbs, or engaging in a conference call in the middle of the night with parties in India or the Middle East.

My clients are my number one priority. From the first day, you will have my cell phone number and I am generally available before and after normal business hours and on weekends. I understand that when you have a question or need help with an issue, you don't want to wait for an answer. Your satisfaction, and making any transaction as stress-free as possible, is my number one goal.

2014 Home Sales Down in Illinois
According to the Illinois Association of Realtors, home sales in the state in February were down 6.2% from the February 2013 levels. Not surprisingly, the harsh winter is thought to be the main factor in the decrease. Prices, on the other hand, are averaging almost 7% higher.
Mortgage Rates to Rise this year
Most experts expect mortgage rates to move upward in 2014. That being said, they are still low compared to periods in the past and how high the rates will go this year is the subject of much debate.
